Senior Revenue Accounting Analyst (Remote)Mission-driven organization focused on using data and analytics to improve healthcare outcomes. The Revenue Accounting team ensures accurate, timely revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Deal Desk, and Legal.Individual contributor role supporting revenue operations during a high-growth period. Responsible for revenue lifecycle accuracy, contract review, and financial reporting, while contributing to system implementations and process improvements.Review customer contracts and determine revenue recognition treatment under ASC 606Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysisPartner with Sales Ops and Deal Desk to ensure accurate contract setupDocument processes and identify opportunities for automationSupport financial reporting, disclosures, and SSP analysisAnalyze large datasets using advanced Excel tools2+ years of revenue accounting experience with strong ASC 606 knowledgeAdvanced Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, XLOOKUP, Power Query)Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce); revenue tools a plusStrong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Accounting; public accounting experience preferredDeep understanding of revenue streams and business modelConsistent audit readiness and accurate documentationImproved efficiency through automation and process enhancementsSupport successful implementation/optimization of revenue systemsEncouraged use of AI tools for contract analysis, documentation, and data validationRemote/hybrid flexibilityComprehensive benefits package offered
