The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients while providing excellent service. Responsibilities Provide a visible presence to deter unauthorized individuals and prevent security breaches. Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor. Complete detailed incident reports and report any unusual incidents or suspicious activities. Handle conflicts or disturbances in a calm and professional manner. Collaborate with local law enforcement when required and follow proper protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain impeccable appearance/groomed in Narrow Security Uniform. Qualifications Must have a Valid NYS Security Guard License. Must have OSHA 30. Must have SST Card. F04- Certification of Fitness from FDNY preferred. Proven experience as a Security Guard with a background in construction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and reliable. Strong observational and problem‑solving abilities. Customer service training or experience is a definite plus. High school diploma or equivalent.
