Position Details Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.30 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM; Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout shopping areas, common spaces, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and high‑traffic areas, assist with directions and general assistance, and report policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or maintenance-related concerns. Support loss prevention awareness by observing customer and visitor activity, helping to address unauthorized behavior, and communicating with store personnel and local management as needed. Minimum Requirements Security-related experience of 6+ months is required. Must be 21+ years of age. CPR/First Aid is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
