Field Marketing Specialist - Schererville, IN

Coldwell Banker Realty is looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Field Marketing Specialist to support local real estate agents by helping them build their business using Coldwell Banker’s industry-leading programs and technology products. This position plays an important role by helping protect the company’s brand image and showcasing our unique value proposition for agents (our “Core 4”).This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, technology, and business strategy.The Field Marketing Specialist will partner directly with agents and branch leadership to help grow the agents business by translating complex marketing tools, platforms, and tech/ai driven capabilities into simple, actionable strategies. This role is in-office five days a week and is based in Schererville, IN. You will be expected to travel to offices in New Buffalo, MI and Bradley, IL on a regular weekly basis. Specific job duties include:Working with branch managers and leadership to identify and prioritize agents who need strategic marketing and brand supportConsulting with agents on personal marketing strategies, through group and individual sessions, while showcasing our Core 4 (agent production, coaching, culture and helping them build personal wealth)Helping real estate sales agents create a digital marketing strategy using social media (organic and paid advertising), building an impactful online profile, and promoting their online customer testimonialsConducting an annual review of agents’ “digital scorecard” to measure their online presence and identify opportunities for improvementProviding issue resolution and one-on-one assistance to agents as neededPreparing a monthly calendar of educational and training opportunities and promoting/presenting marketing workshops in-office and online on multiple marketing related topics.
