Sinai Chicago's Wound Care Center is seeking an experienced nurse to provide patient care, perform initial assessments, and coordinate discharge per hospital standards. Responsibilities include documenting care plans, communicating with physicians, evaluating outcomes, participating in quality initiatives, educating patients and caregivers, and serving as a patient advocate.
