Healogics is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Wound Care Center in Chicago. You will provide patient care, manage intake and discharge, and support vein clinic activities as trained. The role may include case management duties for a group of patients and requires collaboration with physicians, program directors, and a healthcare team.
