Treasury Analyst

Responsibilities Execute and validate payments to local and international suppliers. Prepare and process bank payment files (MXN / USD). Ensure payments are completed on time in accordance with established schedules. Coordinate with Accounts Payable and operations teams for payment release. Monitor daily bank account activity. Prepare and consolidate monthly bank activity reports. Support bank reconciliations in coordination with accounting. Track cash inflows and outflows for assigned entities. Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning. Identify funding needs or excess cash positions. Manage intercompany loan transactions. Coordinate payments related to financing (principal and interest). Support funding requests to meet operational and financial obligations. Prepare and distribute reports such as: Monthly disbursements Bank activity reports Interest in income tracking Ensure adherence to treasury policies and procedures. Maintain proper documentation for all transactions. Support internal and external audits. Education & Certifications Major in Accounting, Finance, or related studies Requirements 3-5 years of experience in treasury and banking operations Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred) Experience with audit & tax processes, ability to work with external auditors Good written and verbal communication skills, bilingual (English/Spanish) Energetic and flexible — capable of meeting all deadlines and requests Integrity: adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and interactions Strong analytical skill, detail oriented, independent thinking, and decision‑making abilities Adaptable: open to change in response to different or unexpected circumstances Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Intermediate English proficiency Opportunity at Vertiv The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv's Core Principles & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.
