There is a ton of growth potential within FACE FOUNDRIÉ. Required: Esthetics License FACE FOUNDRIÉ is looking for a Salon Manager that acts and thinks like an owner. The Salon Manager would act as the primary contact for the facial bar, and is responsible for employee development, financial metrics, client experience, local marketing and esthetics services. FACE FOUNDRIÉ is a growing concept with opportunities for advancement and growth. Salon Manager Responsibilities: Employee Development Identifies opportunities for growth such as recruiting, interviewing, staffing, scheduling and training Leads through teaching and coaching their employees to grow professionally and hit financial metrics Sets clear goals for team members and conducts monthly and yearly reviews Ensures all protocols are adhered to and participates in all required trainings Financial Metrics Meets financial metrics including: service revenue, average ticket, guest count, guest retention, rebooking, retail revenue Helps forecast sales, growth trajectories and expansion plans Responsible for store's inventory Client Experience Demonstrates high standards in customer service Passionate about the client experience and providing 100% customer satisfaction Local Marketing Assists with local marketing efforts including but not limited to business partnerships, bridal shows, community events, etc. Participates in all national marketing campaigns Esthetics Services Responsible for performing services on guests and leading by example Experience in dermaplaning, HydraFacial and chemical peels is required Experience in lash extensions, lash lifts and brows services is a plus Job Types: Full-time Availability: Nights and Weekends is required License: Esthetics License is required Experience: One year of Salon Manager experience is preferred Please note: FACE FOUNDRIÉ is the beginning stages of hiring for a Salon Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
