Anticipated Full Time CustodianThe Berlin Township School District, located in Camden County, New Jersey, is seeking qualified candidates for employment. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in classrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas. Empty trash receptacles and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal of waste. Clean and sanitize restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures. Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and restroom amenities as needed. Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and repairing fixtures. Conduct periodic inspections to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards. Assist in snow removal operations: shoveling, operating snow blowers, applying ice melt. Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills and a positive attitude. Salary: $33,000 (commensurate with experience) Hours 4pm to 12am Monday-Friday (Sept. to June)
