Castle Family Health Centers is seeking an exceptional RDA to join our dental clinic team.ResponsibilitiesProvide chair side supportive services for dental providersConducts patient history and takes blood pressure & pulsePrepares materials and equipment for treatmentProvides patients with instructions for oral care following dental proceduresTeaches patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral healthPrepares patient for services, documents procedures and assists with other office proceduresClean and stock operating room as neededPerform other job-related duties as assigned, related work as directedDesired Qualifications:High School GraduateGreat Customer serviceKnowledge of Computer applications (MS Word, Excel)Bilingual Spanish preferredStrong organizational skillsMust have current Registered Dental Assistant License, current CPR and at least 1 year Dental front office experienceWork RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timePay: $21.00 per hourBenefits:403(b)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In person
