Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Schedule

19:00 - 07:30

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Contract Weeks: 4

Requirements

Valid license or certification in the relevant field
Minimum years of experience as required by the position
Familiarity with appropriate EMR systems (if applicable)
Additional certifications or specific skills may be required

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care consistent with established standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Provide education and support to patients and their families
Adhere to safety and compliance regulations at all times
