Weekly Pay Daily Pay Available Open 7 days a week (8:30 AM-11:00 PM) Opportunity for advancement with a growing national company Positive, team-oriented work environment Fast-paced, engaging work where every day is different What You'll Do Contact applicants by phone, text, and email Schedule interviews with hiring managers Support candidates throughout the hiring process Communicate with managers regarding hiring needs Coordinate hiring activities and maintain recruiting records Assist with recruiting administration and other office duties Help resolve staffing challenges using established processes Represent IPSC with professionalism and outstanding customer service What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone Organized with strong multitasking skills Self-motivated and dependable Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing Comfortable learning new technology and software A team player with a positive attitude Committed to providing exceptional customer service Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is helpful: Customer Service Call Center Administrative Support Human Resources Call center or high-volume customer service experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train someone with the right attitude, professionalism, and work ethic.
