Role Description As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Dan Walker - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming client calls, identifying needs and providing or coordinating appropriate assistance. Act as the agency’s primary resource for billing questions, payment concerns, and related client support. Complete routine client service requests and transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain and update client information, including FORM (Family, Occupation, Recreation, Money) data, to support stronger client relationships. Assist clients with digital tools and coordinate scheduling for new-client onboarding and Insurance & Financial Review (IFR) appointments. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
