Description What You Will Be Responsible For

• Conduct regular and specialized laboratory tests across disciplines including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and execute regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support sample collection and prepare specimens for analysis as required.
• Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, train incoming staff or students, and contribute to upholding the highest quality standards in the lab.
• Ensure that the laboratory environment remains clean, safe, and compliant with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in the allied health field, along with ASCP/AMT certification readiness.

Required Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within your first year of employment.
• Maintain certification actively through your time with us.
