The Performance Specialist is responsible for the coordination, supervision and implementation of specific wellness, performance and bridge rehabilitation programs. Come join a remarkable team where quality care meets quality service, in every dimension, every time.

What We're Looking For

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Kinesiology or Sports Science or related degree. Graduate Degree, preferred. Kinesiology, Sports Science, Rehabilitation or related field.
• Experience: Training experience within a sports, performance based, athletics, collegiate, or professional sport setting, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Industry certification, preferably NSCA-CSCS or NASM, required. BLS, required.
• Additional Skills Required:
  • Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
  • BLS certified.
  • Excellent presentations skills in various group setting.
  • Strong customer service skills where servicing the client is top priority.
  • Energy and passion for mentoring others to achieve their personal wellness goals.
  • Social media experience, knowledge and participation.
  • Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
