About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, phone-confident Territory Marketing Representative to join our Market Development team. You will own lead follow-up and outreach for an assigned territory, learning the industries in it and turning interest (CAD downloads, trade show conversations, sample requests and targeted campaigns) into qualified sales opportunities. You will work hand-in-hand with our Territory Sales Engineers and Account Managers, handing off qualified opportunities and making sure every customer gets the right support from Rotor Clip.

What You'll Do

• Analyze your territory by industry and help build the territory plan with field sales.
• Follow up by phone and email on CAD interactions, trade show leads and sample requests to understand the application and identify the right parts.
• Make outbound calls, including cold calls, to targeted industries and accounts, and carry out account-based marketing (ABM) campaign outreach.
• Register Rotor Clip on target customers' supplier portals and keep those registrations current.
• Qualify opportunities and hand them off to the Territory Sales Engineer / Manager with the application detail behind the lead.
• Find growth potential in smaller accounts and flag those ready for field sales attention.
• Keep HubSpot CRM records accurate and log every call, email and outcome.
• Share what you hear from customers (requirements, competitor activity, won / lost reasons) with the marketing team.

How You'll Work with Sales

You are the connection between marketing and our sales and customer service teams in your territory. You develop new prospects and emerging accounts, pass along well-qualified opportunities, and coordinate closely with your sales colleagues so leads keep moving and every customer has a consistent experience with Rotor Clip.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, engineering technology or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, telemarketing, business development or sales support, ideally B2B or industrial.
• Comfort and confidence on the phone with customers, including cold calling.
• Ability to understand technical products and applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, and the ability to work independently (including remotely) and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HubSpot, ZoomInfo or Monday.com.
• Experience with ABM or targeted outbound campaigns.
• Familiarity with customer supplier portals.
• Knowledge of industrial markets or engineered mechanical components.

Location & Travel

This role is based at our Somerset, NJ headquarters. Occasional travel to trade shows and customer visits may be required.
