About the Position

Shield Roofing is looking for energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated individuals to generate leads by speaking with homeowners in local neighborhoods. No roofing experience is required—we provide training.

Responsibilities

Canvass neighborhoods door-to-door.
Introduce homeowners to Shield Roofing's services.
Schedule free roof inspections for our sales team.
Track appointments and leads using our CRM.
Represent the company professionally.
Willingness to wear company- or campaign-branded attire and maintain a clean, professional look
Meet weekly appointment goals.

Qualifications

Positive attitude, energetic, and strong communication skills.
Comfortable walking outdoors for several hours.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Smartphone with internet access.
Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation

Performance Bonuses + Commission
