Location: Chattanooga, TN Summary: As a Senior Operations Coordinator you will schedule and coordinates complex jobs and customers with multiple accounts by using good judgment to ensure schedules use appropriate resources efficiently. What You'll Do: * Track technician call backs, check collection, commissions and reports as assigned. * Notify management of subcontractors that do not meet Vector policies/procedures. * Monitor and track daily activities and reassigns as needed. * Resolve more complex customer issues. * Focus on profitable & beneficial business outcomes. * Provide innovative solutions. What You'll Need: * High School diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 1‐3-year customer service experience - preferred. * Advanced customer service skills. * Advance MS Office skills. * Necessary business application (MMB, etc.) skills. * Understands & follows SOG.
