Staffing Coordinator

NOW HIRING: Staffing Coordinator Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana 46802 Join a growing commercial cleaning company that proudly serves office buildings, banks, medical facilities, manufacturing facilities, and schools throughout the area. Position Responsibilities Conduct initial outreach calls to job applicants Complete phone screenings with prospective candidates Learn all job sites and provide applicants with accurate job descriptions and position details Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes Upload onboarding documents, training records, offboarding paperwork, and other required documentation Attend the daily 4:00 PM team meeting and provide updates on weekly hiring statistics Prepare and submit weekly reports covering new hires, terminations, referrals, and applicant communication Work with the payroll team to terminate employees who remain inactive in employee tracking systems Requirements Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Consistent availability Pay Varies on experience.
