As a General Manager, you will lead a dynamic team to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, fostering a positive work environment, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, staff management, inventory, and financial performance. Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to achieve company goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Must have the capability to learn software and be able to troubleshoot it.
