What You Will Do

As a Lead Server, you will help create an exceptional dining experience for our residents while supporting the dining team.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide excellent dining service to residents in the assisted living community
• Assist with coordinating and supporting the serving team during meal service
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and welcoming
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and resident service
• Support team members and lead by example during service
• Assist with training or guiding new dining staff when needed
• Work collaboratively with the dining team to ensure smooth meal service

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred, ideally in senior living, hospitality, or restaurant environments
• Demonstrated leadership or team support experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
