Human Resources Manager

Revolution is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across our Terre Haute, Indiana and Flint, Michigan manufacturing facilities. As a key member of the leadership team, this position oversees all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, workforce planning, and compliance. The role includes leadership of one direct report and offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing manufacturing organization. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with the overall business objectives of the manufacturing site. Provide expert HR guidance on issues such as employee relations, staffing, and performance management to ensure the site meets its goals. Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and managers, resolving complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive, inclusive work culture. Lead the recruitment efforts for the manufacturing site, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. Drive the performance management process across all departments, ensuring clear performance expectations, regular feedback, and performance evaluations. Support employee development and career growth by identifying training needs, implementing training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that they successfully integrate into the company. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification ("SHRM-CP, PHR") is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Experience with UKG HRIS & Onboarding preferred. Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws, especially in manufacturing environments. Proven ability to resolve complex employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience with recruitment, performance management, training and development, and employee engagement strategies. Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be able to work on-site at the manufacturing location in Terre Haute, IN. Approximately 20% travel to Flint, Michigan plant.
