They specialize in High-end Custom Home projects, mainly in Downtown Boston Projects typically range from $2M-$20M Collaborative & driven team, 20+ years in business, very strong growth trajectory!Job DescriptionThe Project Manager is responsible for:Overseeing and managing all aspects of high end residential and custom home projectsCoordinating and collaborating with the VP and project team to ensure project objectives are metLeading the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction activitiesMonitoring progress and performance, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budgetReviewing and approving project plans, specifications, and budgetsIdentifying potential risks and challenges and implementing effective mitigation strategiesWorking with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operationsEnsuring compliance with construction regulations, codes, and safety standardsConducting regular site visits and inspections to assess project progress and qualityProviding technical expertise and guidance to the project team and resolve any construction-related issuesFostering a collaborative and positive work environment to promote teamwork and project successMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
