We are seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Project Manager to oversee active construction projects from pre-construction planning through completion. Position Overview The Residential Remodeling Project Manager is responsible for coordinating schedules, subcontractors, materials, budgets, and client communication throughout the life of a project. This role requires strong construction knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining quality standards and project timelines. Responsibilities Manage residential remodeling, renovation, and addition projects from start to finish Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and material deliveries Develop and maintain project schedules Track project budgets and assist with change order management Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safetyMaintain project documentation, daily logs, photos, and reports Communicate project updates with homeowners and internal team members Identify and resolve project issues to minimize delays Ensure job sites remain organized, professional, and compliant with company standards Collaborate with design, estimating, and administrative staff throughout project execution Qualifications 5+ years of residential construction project management experience Experience managing remodeling, renovation, or home addition projects Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience using Buildertrend, Procore, or similar construction management software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications OSHA 10 Certification Construction Management degree or related education Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Compensation & Benefits Full-time employment Annual salary of $80,000-$105,000 based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Profit-sharing program Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Paid time off and holidays Schedule Monday through Friday Occasional weekend work may be required based on project schedules Combination of office and field responsibilities Why Join Stella Construction?
