Reservationist50 Eggs Hospitality is a leader in the industry with multiple concepts, including Yardbird, Chica, and Wakuda, across the world and is predominantly featured in Las Vegas.Apply now to join the world of 50 Eggs as a key part of the guest experience!Job ScopeAccountable for taking reservations for restaurantIncrease the occupancy and average spending of the RestaurantMaximize the use of table inventoryResolves customer requests and questionsRespond to any guest concerns and ensure solutions are in the best interest of the guest and the restaurant.To inform managers of any complaints/comments / perceived issues.Motivate and exceed guest expectations.Continuous communication with the FOH manager to discuss and relay any changes and special requests for guestsEnsure consistent reporting to senior management.Report, analyze, and drive business to ensure consistently busy days and services.Other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsMinimum 2 years of professional experienceExpert knowledge of guest information reservation systemMust possess excellent and effective verbal and written communication skillsStrong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)Able to work in a fast-paced environmentMulti-lingual a plusProfessional appearance and demeanorAble to work flexible hours necessary including off hours, weekends, and holidays.Working ConditionsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to heat from the stoves and burners.The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
