FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Duties

Serve as an authoritative source of advice on the formulation of command budget estimates and guidance for assigned departments and organizations.

Provide financial analysis for the Provost, Vice Provost, and other academic leadership to improve quality of financial data.

Develop instructional methods; analyzing/evaluating work accomplished reporting status and progress of academic operations.

Evaluate accounting and financial management problems, procedures, methods, and systems to present clear and logical proposals regarding problem resolution.

Coordinate and support technical restructure of accounting hierarchy, accounting logic and controls as needed for the Navy ERP system.
