Senior Human Resources Manager
Are you a Human Resources Manager looking for an opportunity to join a strong team in a high-impact role? Our client is seeking a hands-on, action-oriented leader to support HR initiatives, drive employee engagement, and lead talent development and acquisition efforts. This individual will partner cross-functionally with leadership teams to support performance management, employee development, retention initiatives, and programs that position the company as an employer of choice in the community.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA)
- 7+ years of Human Resources Management experience
- Experience leading talent acquisition and recruiting initiatives
- Exposure to corporate and manufacturing environments
- Food or beverage manufacturing experience strongly preferred
