YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR RANGE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR

You will oversee daily operations of the retail sales floor, ensuring exceptional customer service. Your role includes coaching and developing Range Customer Service Associates and providing leadership and sales guidance.

You will manage scheduling, onboarding, performance evaluations, and disciplinary processes while addressing customer concerns and operational issues efficiently.

As you support retail sales and range operations, you will maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Here's what we need from you:

• A working knowledge of firearms, range safety, retail, and customer service operations is preferred
• Experience within firearms, sporting goods, outdoor retail, or related industries is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
