• Demonstrated experience in post-secondary planning, such as connecting students with resources and helping formulate career or college goals
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Dedication to maintaining confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with students individually and in groups to discuss academic goals, graduation requirements, and future plans
