This role will involve troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and to ensure that all desktop systems operate smoothly and efficiently. This position will require a solid understanding of computer systems and excellent problem-solving skills. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.**Education/Experience:**High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s degree in a field of study relevant to the current position required; however, candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a similar or related role required; however, candidates with an equivalent combination of experience, education, certification, and demonstrated proficiency in a similar or related role will also be considered.**Licensure/Certification:**One or more current, industry standard certifications preferred (CompTIA ITF+ CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, HDI Support Center Analyst, Cisco Certified Technician, etc.).**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:*** Basic knowledge of desktop hardware, software, and networking.* Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.* Good communication skills to interact with users and understand their support needs.* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.* Familiarity with helpdesk software and remote support tools.* Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple project activities simultaneously.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technologies and business needs.* Accepts ownership and welcomes responsibility.**Primary Location:**Baptist Health Resource Center**Job:**Technical Support Analyst ITechnical Support Analyst I**Job Type:**Regular-Full time**Shift**:First Shift (United States of America) #J-18808-Ljbffr
