Clinic Supervisor

Your future role at a glance Location: West Allis, WI Facility: West Allis Clinic and Bayview Clinic Department: Primary Care Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift How you'll make an impact in this role Supervise the orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Assist with performance evaluations. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings or committees addressing issues and implementation of new services. Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols. What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
