About the Role

Applicants must have 5-10 years' of mortgage lending experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performance teams and delivering measurable financial results. Essential skills include expert knowledge of investor guidelines, mortgage technology platforms, and regulatory requirements. The role requires a candidate with a high degree of trust, diplomacy, and communication skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders. The VP will be expected to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, streamline mortgage lending processes, and proactively align product offerings with the needs of the community. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry-recognized certifications are required, and the role demands a standard work schedule with occasional after-hours work or travel.
