Technical Support Specialist

Seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support for internal systems, user applications, and operational technology platforms. This role is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, assisting end users, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and helping maintain reliable technology operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily technical support to employees across the organization.
• Help troubleshoot basic computer, software, application, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with supporting internal systems and tools used by the business.
• Help set up user accounts, system access, and equipment for new hires and departing employees.
• Escalate more complex technical issues to senior IT team members or external vendors.
• Assist with technology setup for new hires, office moves, meetings, and office equipment.
• Log and document support requests while following security and data protection guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a client service or technical support role, ideally within the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with financial software and IT systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
