Other Duties May Be Assigned.Maintain building, performing minor and routine painting, sheetrock (drywall) work, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activitiesNotify management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipmentRespond to maintenance request tickets from residents and employees to resolve problemsClean and replace air conditioner filtersClean carpet and flooringEmpty trash and garbage containersPressure wash outside spacesWash windowsClean snow and debris from sidewalk; spread salt on walkways to prevent ice buildupCommunicate well and coordinate with external businesses and servicesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
