RN Case Manager

The role is for a Registered Nurse specializing in school health within a community-focused public health department. Key responsibilities Managing and supporting students with chronic health conditions to ensure safe attendance Assisting in re-entry programs for students returning after extended absences Responding to emergencies, pandemics, and adapting to changing health mandates Conducting community health assessments addressing health inequities and social determinants Collaborating with school staff, families, and health teams to promote student well-being Qualifications Current MA RN licensure and BLS certification BSN degree required Pediatric and emergency/public health experience preferred Experience in case management is advantageous Skills required are strong clinical knowledge, community engagement, and ability to manage health care plans within school settings.
