Manufacturing Support Team Member

**Description:** Supports production, business, and other processes in a team based manufacturing environment\. Performs activities in a variety of cross functional areas including production planning, systems, manufacturing, equipment, material management, and process re\-engineering\. Be able to facilitate self directed work teams, provide training and interact with internal and external customers with respect to planning, problem resolution and process improvement\. **Basic Qualifications:** 2 years experience Experience with SAP Experience with Microsoft Office US Citizen with ability to obtain a security clearance **Desired Skills:** Experience with Thermal Protection materials and processes\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
