Before becoming an agent, I worked as a Claims Adjuster and Field Specialist, experiences that gave me a deep understanding of how to help customers through every stage of life. I'm a proud Baton Rouge native, a dedicated LSU fan, and enjoy international travel and spending time with my family. Giving back to our community is important to our agency. We proudly support local schools through back-to-school drives and pizza parties, and we're always looking for ways to make a positive impact where we live and work. Role description As an Account Manager for Reginald Grace - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Responsibilities Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Qualifications Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
