As an Account Manager for Daniel Holstein - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Our agency was opened in 2021 and currently leads a close-knit team of five. We enjoy staying involved in our community and sponsor several local races and festivals each year, including events connected with Mardi Gras, the Greek Festival, and Oktoberfest. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive retention and growth, conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations to customers, overseeing the resolution of complex customer issues, and using your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications include experience in insurance sales or account management preferred, leadership and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and a willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
