Shift:
Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)   Work Experience:

• Assess clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs through interviews and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment or care plans, including counseling and therapy services.
• Connect clients with community resources and coordinate services with healthcare providers and support agencies.
• Maintain client records, monitor progress, and provide crisis intervention or ongoing emotional support when needed

LCSW LSWAIC MSW \ Certifications:
BLS/CPR Certification.
