The HR Generalist serves as a trusted resource for employees and leaders, providing guidance and support on a wide range of human resources matters. This role partners with HR leadership to address employee relations concerns, performance management, policy interpretation, talent initiatives, and organizational effectiveness. The HR Generalist ensures consistent application of HR practices while promoting a positive employee experience and supporting business objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES Support employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment practices Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on employee relations matters, including performance management, attendance concerns, workplace conduct, and conflict resolution Conduct workplace investigations related to employee complaints, policy violations, and other employment-related concerns.
