We Love Who We Serve™. We are growing our Finance & Accounting team in St Louis and hiring a Talent Manager. In this role, you will drive business growth by connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities, while partnering closely with both candidates and clients. This is a full-desk role combining recruiting and business development. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through networking, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach Partner with internal teams to understand client hiring needs Submit candidates with market insight and hiring recommendations Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication Guide candidates through the full hiring process, including offer negotiation Support onboarding, background checks, and pre-employment steps Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients Stay current on market trends and sourcing strategies Sales & Business Development: Develop new client relationships through outreach, networking, and referrals Conduct client meetings to present Kforce solutions Prepare and deliver staffing proposals Manage the full placement lifecycle with internal partners Maintain and expand existing client relationships Drive new business opportunities and pipeline growth Stay informed on staffing trends and recommend growth strategies Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in Staffing/Recruiting, or professional sales, or Accounting Strong consultative and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Strong research and sourcing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new technology quickly Training & Development: Structured onboarding (individual + classroom training) Job shadowing and mentorship Ongoing coaching and development Unlimited access to online learning tools Base Salary PLUS uncapped monthly commission tied to performance 17 days PTO (increases with tenure) 8 paid holidays + 1 full week off for firm wide closure - during the holidays Quarterly awards and annual incentive trips Strong internal mobility (500+ promotions last year) Benefits package includes: Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Parental leave Life and disability insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Kforce is an equal opportunity employer and maintains veterans and disabled affirmative action programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kforce Inc
