Marketing Manager

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Commercial Marketing team. This is an individual contributor role where you will play a key role in executing and managing day‑to‑day marketing initiatives that support business priorities, brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.In this role, you will partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to plan and deliver marketing campaigns, develop content, manage projects end to end, and analyze performance to drive continuous improvement. This position requires someone who is comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and operating with a high degree of ownership and accountability.This role is well suited for a marketing professional with prior experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility and grow overtime. If you enjoy taking ownership and bringing marketing ideas to life, we encourage you to apply!DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to commercial and business prioritiesDevelop and refine marketing content, including email, presentations, web content, and customer communicationsPerform end‑to‑end project management, including drafting briefs, defining scope, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring high‑quality executionPartner closely with business and commercial stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into effective marketing solutionsCollaborate with cross functional groups including design, web, PR, social media, and internal communications to bring projects and campaigns to lifeTrack and report on campaign performance, sharing insights and learnings to inform future initiativesBalance both strategic initiatives and tactical execution, including recurring and time‑sensitive deliverablesSupport website updates and content publishing (training provided), ensuring accuracy and consistencyContribute to process improvements and ways of working within the marketing teamQUALIFICATIONSRequired:2–5 years of professional marketing experienceBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityStrong written communication skills in EnglishPreferred:Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environmentStrong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detailB2B marketing experienceExperience supporting commercial or customer‑facing teamsFamiliarity with digital and campaign marketing tools (e.g., marketing automation or CMS platforms)Experience working with global or cross‑regional stakeholdersAdditional language skills are a plus but not requiredWe will review applications for this role on an ongoing basis and encourage all interested candidates to apply at their earliest convenience.Compensation Range$58,000.00 - $91,800.00The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.
