This role partners closely with Sales, Consulting, Creative, and senior leadership to strengthen brand awareness, support revenue growth, generate demand, and develop the marketing programs and materials needed to drive business results. This position owns the marketing calendar, manages initiatives from concept through completion, and ensures programs are delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable impact. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented—someone who can develop recommendations, manage competing priorities, collaborate across teams, and roll up their sleeves to bring ideas to life. Responsibilities Develop and execute RAZR’s annual marketing plan and calendar across business priorities and key market segments. Partner with leadership to translate company goals and growth strategies into actionable marketing campaigns and programs. Manage integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, vendors, and performance measurement. Create andoptimizesales enablement materials, includingcapabilitiespresentations, case studies, proposals, product materials, and thought leadership content. Support demand generation and sales efforts through targeted campaigns designed to increase awareness, engagement, and qualified opportunities. Own RAZR’s content strategy and editorial calendar, including website content, social media, email campaigns, case studies, and industry insights. Manage social media strategy, content development, and day-to-day execution. Coordinate public relations efforts related to company announcements, partnerships, product launches, and industry initiatives. Monitor market, client, and competitor trends toidentifyopportunities andprovideactionable insights to leadership. Manage digital marketing programs, including SEO, SEM, paid search, paid social, and website performance optimization. Coordinate RAZR’s presence at conferences, trade shows, webinars, and company events in partnership with Sales and internal teams. Develop marketing budget recommendations, track spending, and evaluate return on investment. Establish andreportmarketing performance metrics, including campaign engagement, lead generation, conversion, and contribution to pipeline. Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and marketing vendors. Provide coaching, direction, and prioritization to marketing team members, as applicable. WhatYou’llLove Understanding human motivation and what drives behavior Turning ideas into meaningful experiences and measurable outcomes Bringing creative concepts to life from strategy through execution Building programs that contribute to winning business Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in corporate, agency, B2B, or integrated marketing environments. Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and initiatives from strategy through execution. Experience supporting B2B sales teams and developing sales enablement materials. Strong background in content marketing, email marketing, social media, digital advertising, and website management. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting, messaging, and storytelling. Experience analyzing marketing performance data and using insights to improve results. Experience managing budgets, agencies, vendors, and external partners. Previousexperience coaching or managing team members preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Comfortable working in a collaborative,fast-paced, and evolving environment.
