Senior Contract Manager

You will own the end-to-end contract lifecycle for a fast-moving, data and technology-driven organization, working closely with sales, client success, and legal stakeholders. The position combines hands-on drafting and negotiation with process ownership and continuous improvement of contracting workflows. You will manage advanced commercial agreements, including MSAs and SOWs, in a high-volume, client-facing environment. This is a highly autonomous role requiring strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to balance speed with legal and operational rigor. You will also play a key role in standardizing templates, improving contracting systems, and ensuring compliance across all engagements. \n Accountabilities: You will take ownership of the full contract lifecycle, ensuring all commercial agreements are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives, while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration and process discipline.
