What You’ll Do

• Oversee and implement ABA treatment programs.
• Supervise, train, and support RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and clinical best practices.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Active BCBA credential.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Utah within 30–60 days of hire.
• 1–2 years of experience as a BCBA.

Preferred

• Experience in schools, classrooms, or structured group settings.
• Fluent Spanish.
• Interest in clinical leadership and professional development.

Classroom teaching experience is not required.
