MIXUE Group is seeking a Membership Operations Specialist to support the development, operation, and optimization of the U.S. membership program. You will drive growth, CRM operations, customer engagement, and marketing campaigns across stores and functions. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in membership/CRM roles, with strong data analytics, campaign execution, and bilingual Chinese/English communication.
