11AM-3PM Machine Operator | $20.03/hr | Flexible Schedule

Choose Your Shifts  

• Hours: 11 AM – 3 PM  
• Days: You choose – Mondays - Fridays (pick up any shifts in the app)  
• Pay: $20.03/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay also available)  
• Location: Titan Wheel Corporation (Quincy, IL)  

What You’ll Do

• Operating Rim Line machinery - loading it, watching it run, and performing visual checks to make sure parts look right  
• Using hand grinders and an air hoist, along with fixed gauges and other basic instruments, to keep quality on track  
• Making minor adjustments and set-up to the machine as needed  

What We’re Looking For:  

• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience  
• Able to read blueprints  
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude  
• Comfortable keeping a steady pace in a fast-paced environment  

A Few Things to Know... We Won’t Sugar Coat it 

• It’s not climate controlled. The floor runs warm, especially near the paint ovens, balconies, and other production areas.  
• You're on your feet moving most of the shift.  
• Closed-toed steel-toe shoes are required. (Bring your own).
