Startup Growth Sales Leader — Fintech & Payments (Equity)

Mercury Technologies, Inc. seeks a GTM strategist and sales leader to drive growth within startups from Series A+ onward. You’ll own the startup sales motion, work with executives, and manage the Venture Ecosystem team to align SDRs, AEs, and partnerships around a clear plan.

You’ll lead with autonomy, build scalable processes, and accelerate customer activation across Mercury’s banking and fintech platform.
