As a Shipping Associate, you are playing a vital role in supporting our Non-Destructive Testing operations by ensuring that materials, components, and finished products flow efficiently through the supply chain. You are contributing to world-class operational performance by maintaining accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory processes that directly impact customer satisfaction, production efficiency, and on time delivery.

As a Shipping Associate , you will be responsible for

 

• Performing quality and accuracy checks on incoming and outgoing materials
• Completing documentation for shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions
• Receiving finished products and assemblies from production and preparing them for delivery
• Picking, packing, and labeling materials, components, and equipment for shipment
• Preparing kits for production orders and subcontracted supplier parts
• Conducting cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Ensuring proper storage, preservation, and organization of materials
• Coordinating with internal teams to support production and customer delivery schedules

To be successful in this role you will:

 

 

• You have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• You have demonstrated experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or related work
• You have the ability to read and interpret work instructions, correspondence, and shipping documents
• You have proficiency in software systems such as Outlook, SAP, and Microsoft Office
• You have the ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift 40-50 lbs
• You have strong teamwork and communication skills
• You have the ability to perform well in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with cross-training requirements

• 1st shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with overtime and weekends as needed
