Royal Oak Ford is looking for an experienced Service Advisor. Applicants must be detail oriented with strong customer satisfaction and communication skills. Ford and CDK experience a plus but not required. You will be responsible for our customer's service experience, from greeting vehicle owners on the drive lane to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals.
